Local route: 3 to 4 drops 3 to 4 times a day, diluted in a Virgin plant oil.
Caution: Not suitable for children, pregnant women, people taking blood thinners or those allergic to aspirin.
Immortelle Essential Oil (or Italian Helichrysum)
Well known for its exceptional effect on bruises and bumps, it can be used in addition to Wintergreen EO for certain massages, diluted in arnica Virgin plant oil for example, which will provide real and rapid relief.
Peppermint Essential Oil
Its cooling and pain-relieving effect at low concentrations makes peppermint essential oil a real relief, for example for backaches.
Precautions for use: Be careful to mix it well with a Virgin plant oil. Prohibited for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 6 years old.
