For over 30 years, we have collaborated with some 40 healthcare professionals and hospitals to deepen our understanding of the mechanisms of action of our products and scientifically validate their benefits.

This year, we are honored to support several organizations working for women with breast cancer: Think Pink in Belgium, Fundación Contigo in Spain, and RoseUp Association in France. Our social commitment is reflected in our grassroots efforts to support women in their fight against cancer, a common thread that unites and inspires all of INULA (Pranarôm, HerbalGem, and Biofloral).

Concretely, we act on 3 major axes:

  1. Our expertise in the service of women's health through training in hospitals and support centers, while continuing our research efforts and clinical studies.
  2. A local impact through association partnerships via local partnerships, by participating in events, helping them raise funds, and by disseminating useful information to patients and healthcare professionals.
  3. A collective commitment is at the heart of our company, with our teams participating in charity events. We are determined to play an active role in this cause by supporting research, supporting patients, and supporting local and international initiatives.

At Inula, we are actively committed to reducing our environmental footprint and promoting solidarity initiatives.

  • A site powered by renewable energy

Our main site operates on 100% renewable electricity, thus limiting our carbon impact.

  • Responsible waste management

In Ghislenghien, 93% of our waste is either recycled or recovered for energy, thus contributing to a more circular economy.

  • A solidarity commitment with Goods to Give

Because waste has no place in our worldview, we collaborate with Goods to Give , a solidarity platform that redistributes our unsold goods to associations helping people in precarious situations in Belgium. In 2024, this represents more than 135,000 products offered to those who need them most.

A sustainable and responsible value chain

We work closely with plant growers, distillers, and harvesters around the world.

This proximity allows us to control the quality of our products from the plant to the bottle and to support our partners in a transition to more environmentally friendly agriculture.

Pranarōm is the first aromatherapy laboratory to promote Demeter-certified Essential Oils, a guarantee that the Essential Oils are produced using biodynamic farming methods, a method that goes beyond organic farming by respecting natural cycles and actively preserving soils and biodiversity. Free from synthetic pesticides, these Essential Oils are part of a sustainable approach by promoting agricultural diversity and favoring responsible ecological practices.
