Before exercise: Massage the areas to be warmed up using circular motions or friction.
After exercise or in case of stiffness: Slowly massage the affected area for a few minutes and repeat 2 to 3 times a day. Maximum 10 pumps per day.

Wash your hands after application. For ages 15 and up. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if allergic to any of the ingredients. Store away from heat and light. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.
