The day before or the first day of menstruation:

1 tablet daily
During menstruation:

1 tablet every 4 hours in case of severe pain

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Maximum 5 consecutive days.

• Keep out of reach of young children.

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Not recommended in cases of known cross-allergy, particularly to the Asteraceae family, gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis, or biliary (gallstones) and/or hepatic disorders, or if peppermint is being consumed in other preparations.
