Tansy

Annual Tansy Essential Oil is recognizable by its bluish color, naturally due to the presence of chamazulene, an aromatic compound formed during distillation. It is traditionally used in aromatherapy to promote skin comfort. Its fragrance and properties make it a popular essential oil in preparations designed to soothe and soften sensitive or uncomfortable skin.

It is generally incorporated into blends or aromatic treatments when soothing support is desired, particularly for reactive or fragile skin.

When to use it?

- When the skin shows signs of discomfort or sensitivity (tightness, redness, burning sensations).

Monoterpènes, chamazulène

Harmful if swallowed. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. May cause an allergic skin reaction. May cause serious damage to organs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply undiluted to skin. Do not ingest. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. DO NOT induce vomiting. Rinse mouth. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
