Ricinus communis seed oil*, Tocopherol.

- For hair: 2 or 3 times a week, apply the oil to dry hair and massage in; cover hair with a warm towel and leave on for ½ hour to 1 hour; then wash hair with a shampoo.

- For nails: Every evening at bedtime, apply a drop to each nail; then massage the nail, paying particular attention to the cuticles.
