Roller:

Massage oil:
Before exercise: massage the areas to be warmed up using circular or friction movements.
After exercise or in case of stiffness: slowly massage the affected area for a few minutes and repeat 2 to 3 times a day. Up to 10 pumps per day.

Joint balm:
Apply locally to the sensitive area and massage lightly. Do not apply more than a small amount (1g) per day. Wash your hands after application.

Roller:
Shake before use then press the tube to bring the gel into contact with the massage balls.
Apply to the affected area with the desired pressure and make circular movements to maximize the effect of the beads until the gel is completely absorbed.
Up to 3 times a day, for a maximum of one month.

Wash hands after use. Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or if allergic to any of the ingredients. For people undergoing medical treatment, consult a doctor before use. Store away from heat and light. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use.
