Ingest 1 drop on a neutral base 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 3 drops - 120 mg.

Diffusion:
Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
Diffusion for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.

Topically:
Apply 1 drop locally.
As a precaution, dilute the essential oil in a little vegetable oil.

It is also used in cosmetic products.

Ravintsara:

Orally:
Ingest 2 drops on a neutral base 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 6 drops - 230 mg.

Topical application:

Apply 1 drop locally. As a precaution, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

It can also be diluted in suitable formulas.

Diffusion:
Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of Ravintsara essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
