To make my synergy

EO Clary sage - 100 drops
EO Fennel - 50 drops
EO Ginger - 50 drops
Drop counter 10 ml

How to use it

Apply 3 to 4 drops and massage the bottom of your stomach. Repeat 3 to 4 times a day depending on the intensity of your period pain.

How can I carry out my blend?

Pour in the drops of essential oils, always starting with the smallest quantity.

Tip your bottle at a 45° angle so that you can easily count the number of drops.
