How to use

Topical application:

For skincare:

1 drop of Palmarosa Essential Oil and 1 drop of Spike Lavender Essential Oil in a day cream

For skin discomfort:

1 drop in 1 teaspoon of Calendula Vegetable Oil 1 to 2 times a day

For colds:

2 drops in 1 teaspoon of Vegetable Oil on the neck, sinuses, and around the ear

Daily, 1 drop CTEO Palmarosa + 1 drop CTEO Rosemary ct verbenone in your day cream will regulate the secretion of sebum, hydrate your skin and help the regeneration of skin cells.
