Ideal for women from 40 years old, or for all suffering skin. A precious and truly anti-aging oil, to be incorporated into your care or to be consumed as a complement as part of a healthy diet.

Evening primrose seeds produce an oil rich in gamma-linolenic fatty acid (a good omega 6) that has been used for centuries in massage or in herbal remedies. The oil is said by some to fight chronic inflammation, but also hormonal imbalances of (pre-) menopause.

• Un dixième d’acides gras mono-insaturés (oméga 9).
• Environ quatre cinquièmes d’acides gras polyinsaturés (des oméga 6, dont près de 10 % de gamma-linolénique, un bon omega 6 réputé régulateur et anti-inflammatoire). • Des stérols antioxydants.

10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.

Tips & Tricks:
Compose your salad oil: 20% evening primrose, 40% rapeseed, 40% olive in order to receive the fatty acids W3, W6, W9 for a daily nutritional diet.

• Store away from sources of heat and light.
