Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 5 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 5 drops - 200 mg.
1 drop CTEO Niaouli + 1 drop CTEO Egyptian Geranium in your night cream will be enough for you to benefit from the skin toning action of these superb essential oils.
