Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support maximum 5 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 5 drops - 200 mg.

C'est mon huile essentielle préférée de par son action relaxante et ses douces notes olfactives. Super qualité
Parmis toutes les huiles apaisantes et calmantes, je retourne vers HE de mandarines. L’odeur entêtante m aide à m apaiser. Je m adore. Elle fait partie de mon kit essentiel toujours avec moi.
Un couteau suisse: en inhalation, en onction (attention tout de même elle est photosensible donc pas d exposition solaire), dans ma lessive pour trouver l’odeur sur mon oreiller, en cuisine petite touche finale dans une vinaigrette, un dessert…
Associée aux capsules sleep combo parfait pour un endormissement en douceur.
Bref elle mérite largement sa réputation!
