Topical application:

Apply 3 to 4 drops of essential oil + 3 to 4 drops of your chosen carrier oil to the solar plexus or wrists, 2 to 3 times a day.

Diffusion:

Add 5 to 6 drops of Litsea cubeba essential oil to a diffuser.
