Oral use: Ingeste 1 to 2 drops on a neutral carrier, up to a maximum of 3 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 3 drops - 125 mg. Do not use for more than 14 days.

Topical use: For adults, apply 8 to 10 drops daily to the affected tooth or sensitive gum.
