How to use it?
Topically, orally, in a diffuser, through inhalation

Citronnellol, geraniol Citronellol, géraniol

Oral use:
1 drop in organic honey, 3 times a day.

Topical use:
2 drops mixed with 2 drops of vegetable oil for skin discomfort, once a day until improvement is seen.

2 drops CTEO Geranium CV bourbon + 2 drops CTEO Italian helichrysum + 2 drops CTEO Ladaniferous cistus + 4 drops of Argan VO to apply to a recent stretch mark outside of pregnancy by squeezing massage 3 times a day until improvement.
