Ingeste 2 drops on a neutral base 3 times a day.
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 6 drops - 240 mg.

To purify the air during the winter months, diffuse the blend composed of 1/3 essential oil of Eucalyptus globulus + 1/3 essential oil of Eucalyptus radiata + 1/3 essential oil of Eucalyptus mentholata.

To cleanse the atmosphere during winter periods, diffuse the mixture made up of 1/3 CTEO Eucalyptus globose + 1/3 CTEO Eucalyptus radiated + 1/3 CTEO Eucalyptus mentholated.
