Topical application:

Apply 1 drop locally. As a precaution, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil.

It can also be diluted in suitable cosmetic formulas.

Diffusion:

Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
Diffusion for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.

On inflammation or acute pain after sport: 3 drops CTEO Lemon eucalyptus + 3 drops CTEO Immortelle, 4 times a day.

Topical application:

• Keep out of reach of young children.

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or on children under 7 years of age.

• Store away from heat and light.

Diffusion:

• Place the diffuser away from any heating appliance and out of reach of children in a well-ventilated room.

• Position the diffuser to avoid direct contact with the face or eyes.

• Do not diffuse in the bedroom of children under 2 years of age.
