Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support once a day.
Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 1 drop - 35 mg.
On inflammation or acute pain after sport: 3 drops CTEO Lemon eucalyptus + 3 drops CTEO Immortelle, 4 times a day.

Huile de qualité.Utilisation cutanée directe ou en cataplasme d'argile verte.Assez odorante il ne faut pas craindre.Je la recommande!
Je ne suis pas super fan du citron à cause de l'acide citrique qui se marie avec l'eucalyptus. Ma première approche à l'odorat du produit s'est faite timidement mais il faut constater que son efficacité est méritée et que le produit a sa place parmi d'autres huiles essentielles pour des multiples usages.
Si on aime ce mélange c est agréable. Je m en sert pour mon diffuseur électrique .
