Macadamia Vegetable Oil
A little over three-quarters of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9 including palmitoleic acid, very hydrating, and oleic acid). About a tenth of saturated fatty acids (palmitic acid).

90 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil CT Camphor
90 drops of Grapefruit Essence
90 drops of Atlas Cedar Essential Oil
90 drops of Lemongrass Essential Oil
90 drops of Immortelle Essential Oil
90 ml of Macadamia Vegetable Oil

Pour the drops of Essential Oils and Vegetable Oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tilt your bottle at 45° to be able to count the number of drops easily.

Apply locally with light pressure from the pump twice a day and massage the affected area generously.

Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support 1 time per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 1 drop - 40 mg.

Grapefruit Essential Oil
2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral support. (150 mg)

Atlas Cedar Essential Oil
In massage, a few drops diluted in a vegetable oil for local application.
Several applications within an hour of the trauma, then 4 applications per day until noticeable improvement.

Lemongrass Essential Oil
Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 75 mg.

Immortelle Essential Oil
Apply 1 to 2 drops/day of this exceptional oil with a subtle natural fragrance, massaging the affected areas locally, taking care to avoid mucous membranes and the eye area.
On any bruise or bump, repeated local application will work miracles.

Macadamia Vegetable Oil
10 g (1 tablespoon) per day.
