Organic Lemon Blossom Essential Oil 10ml is a precious natural ally to support digestion and stimulate the senses. Taken orally, it helps alleviate discomfort after a heavy meal or during temporary digestive upsets, thanks to its tonic and balancing properties.

Topical application:

Apply 2 drops of lemon essential oil mixed with 2 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil to the affected area.

Do not apply before sun exposure.

Oral use:
Ingeste 1 to 2 drops on a neutral carrier, up to a maximum of 5 drops per day.

Diffusion:
Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of lemon essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 square meters, and approximately 10 drops in a living room of 50 square meters.
Diffusion lasts a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.
Do not diffuse in a child's bedroom when the child is present.

On a daily basis, 3 drops of CTEO Lemon essence in the morning before the meal on 1/4 of a piece of cane sugar to be sucked or in a fruit juice will activate all the digestive functions and help in a true purification.

Diffusion:

• Place the diffuser away from any heating appliance and out of reach of children in a well-ventilated room.

• Position the diffuser to avoid direct contact with the face or eyes.

• Do not diffuse in the bedroom of children under 2 years of age.

• Diffuse only when no sensitive individuals (pregnant women, babies, people with asthma or a history of seizures) or sensitive animals are present.
