Ceylon cinnamon

Highly concentrated in cinnamaldehyde, Ceylon Cinnamon Essential Oil is traditionally used in aromatherapy for its broad spectrum of benefits and its ability to address digestive and urinary imbalances. It is known for its general tonic action and immune support, as well as for helping to reduce intestinal fermentation when used as part of a suitable complementary therapy.

Ceylon Cinnamon Essential Oil is caustic to the skin: it should never be applied undiluted. It must be highly diluted in a carrier oil for any topical application. It requires extreme caution for those with sensitive skin or allergies. Oral or prolonged use should always be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional.

When to use it:

- Occasionally and always under supervision

- During periods of weakened immunity
- When experiencing significant digestive discomfort
- When general support is needed

Cinnamaldéhyde

Oral use: Ingeste 1 drop on a neutral base twice a day.

Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 2 drops - 100 mg.
Do not use for more than 7 days.

Topical use: 2 drops of essential oil + 50 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil for the tonic and local action of this essential oil.

Slimming oil:
25 drops CTEO Ceylon Cinnamon + 50 drops CTEO Atlas Cedar + 50 drops CTEO Grapefruit + 50 drops CTEO Lemon Eucalyptus + 75 drops CTEO Rosemary CT Camphor in 100 ml of VO Jojoba.

2 applications per day on fatty areas for a month.
