Isobutyl-, isoamyl-angelate

For diffusion: Diffuse 4 to 6 drops of essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 square meters and about ten drops for a living room of 50 square meters.
Diffusion for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.

Topically: Apply 1 drop locally. As a precaution, dilute the essential oil in a carrier oil. It can also be diluted in suitable cosmetic formulas.

The Olfactory Method: Place 2 drops of Roman Chamomile essential oil on the inside of your wrists, bring your hands together in a cupped shape, then cover your nose with your joined hands and take a long, deep breath, repeating 2 to 3 times. This can be repeated as needed.

• In case of stress or emotional shock, 3 drops CTEO Noble Chamomile on the solar plexus
and / or
• the Olfacto method: place 2 drops of CTEO Noble Chamomile on the inside of the wrists, join the hands in cathedral form then cover the nose with the joined hands and practice a long and deep breath repeated 2 to 3 times successively. Can be repeated at will according to demand.

Diffusion:

• Place the diffuser away from any heating appliance and out of reach of children in a well-ventilated room.

• Position the diffuser to avoid direct contact with the face or eyes.

• Do not diffuse in the bedroom of children under 2 years of age.

• Diffuse only when no sensitive individuals (pregnant women, babies, people with asthma or a history of seizures) or sensitive animals are present.
