Add 6 drops of Scots Pine essential oil to a bowl of hot water or the bowl of your inhaler and inhale. Repeat this process up to 2 to 3 times a day for 5 days.

History of the Scots Pine

The Scots pine provides an essential oil long known by our grandmothers who, even back then, benefited from the balsamic action on the bronchi by inhaling this essential oil from northern climates. It appreciates the mountains, sandy or gravelly soils and has a purple-gray bark, acicular, robust leaves, yellow male and red female flowers and a green then brown ovoid cone at maturity.
