Niaouli Essential Oil, formerly known as gomenol, has multiple properties, including antiseptic, antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory. Properties of Niaouli Essential Oil

Antiviral ++++

Niaouli essential oil is highly effective against many viruses, including those that cause ENT infections, cold sores, genital herpes, and shingles. It inhibits viral multiplication by blocking virus replication.

Selective antibacterial +++

The bactericidal action of Niaouli essential oil is recognized on Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus.

Fungicide +++

Niaouli essential oil has antifungal properties that help fight fungal and yeast infections of the skin.

Anticatarrhal and expectorant ++++

Through its mucolytic effect, Niaouli essential oil thins secretions and facilitates their elimination, thus contributing to clearing the respiratory tract.

Niaouli essential oil stimulates blood circulation and helps reduce the feeling of heavy legs and edema.

Skin radioprotective +++

Known for its protective properties, Niaouli essential oil is used to soothe and protect the skin from the side effects of radiotherapy treatments. It helps reduce the intensity and duration of radiodermatitis (burns, redness, peeling) caused by radiation.

Applied topically, Niaouli essential oil tones and regenerates the skin, promoting its healing and elasticity.

In case of Herpes

Niaouli essential oil is particularly effective in treating herpes naturally.

By skin route:
Mix 1 drop of Niaouli essential oil with 4 drops of Calophyllum vegetable oil (or other restorative oil). Apply to the lesion 3 to 4 times a day until improvement.
Then, continue as a preventative measure for 5 days out of 7.

These dosages are suitable for adults.

In case of Warts

Niaouli Essential Oil will be effective in fighting warts in synergy with other Essential Oils and Vegetable Oils for comprehensive treatment of the problem.

In DIY synergy:

  • Chinese Cinnamon Essential Oil: 40 drops;
  • Tea-tree Essential Oil: 15 drops;
  • Niaouli Essential Oil: 15 drops;
  • Rosehip Vegetable Oil: 30 drops.

Cutaneous route: 2 drops on the wart, 2 times a day for 3 weeks, protecting healthy skin.

History of Niaouli

Niaouli provides an essential oil that is remarkable for its effectiveness and tolerance, formerly called gomenol. Like true lavender, it is considered a panacea as its indications are so broad. The multiple results obtained by its use allow it to be ranked among the top 10 essential oils used by the informed consumer.

Contraindications

Seek advice from a healthcare professional, particularly in cases of epilepsy, asthma, or allergies.
Do not use in case of hormone-dependent diseases.
Never use in the nose, eyes, ear canal, anogenital areas, and do not inject essential oils intravenously or intramuscularly.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in children under 3 years old.
Respect the recommended dose and the instructions for use.
Allergy test: perform a test before use, by applying 1 to 2 drops of the essential oil in the crease of the elbow. Wait 24 hours to check that no allergic reaction occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light.

Voie Orale :

Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use for more than 14 days.

Voie Cutanée :

Do not use on damaged skin. Do not use pure as it is irritating, always use diluted in a 20% vegetable oil. Do not use on the face, neck or chest of children under 6 years old. Before use, read the label and product information. After a massage or skin application, it is advisable to always wash your hands.

Diffusion :

Place the diffuser away from any heating device and out of reach of children in a well-ventilated room. Position the diffuser to avoid direct contact with the face or eyes. Do not diffuse in the bedroom of children under 2 years old. Diffuse in the absence of sensitive people (pregnant women, babies, people with asthma or who have suffered from convulsions) or sensitive animals.
