History of True Lavender

True or officinal lavender, scientifically known as Lavandula angustifolia, is a subshrub native to the Mediterranean basin with thin gray-green stems. The flowers, for their part, are grouped in spikes, blue to violet in color, whose delicate perfume reminds us of summer, the sun and the magnificent landscapes of Provence.

Contraindications

Seek advice from a healthcare professional, particularly if you have asthma or allergies.
Do not use in case of severe hypotension.
Never use in the nose, eyes, ear canal, anogenital areas, and do not inject essential oils intravenously or intramuscularly.
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy, or in babies under 3 months old.
Respect the recommended dose and the instructions for use.
Allergy test: perform a test before use, by applying 1 to 2 drops of the essential oil in the crease of the elbow. Wait 24 hours to check that no allergic reaction occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light.

Voie Orale :

Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use for more than 14 days.

Diffusion :

Place the diffuser away from any heating device and out of reach of children in a well-ventilated room. Position the diffuser to avoid direct contact with the face or eyes.
