How can I carry out my blend?

- Prepare all the open components in front of you.

- Fill the pump bottle with the exact quantity of each essential oil.

- Top up with aloe vera, making sure you fill it up to the narrow section of the bottle. Be careful not to overfill so that you leave enough space for the pump.

- Next, seal the bottle again and shake it for 30 seconds to ensure the blend is properly homogenised.

Useful to know: in addition to the toning and decongestant effect of the essential oils, aloe vera will give you that sought-after touch of freshness for immediate well-being.
