Traditional balm:

Heating patches:
Max. 1 patch per day (10 per month).
Apply to the affected area (back, neck, thigh, etc.) pressing firmly for good adhesion, only on healthy, dry, and non-greasy skin.

Traditional balm:
Apply locally to the sensitive area and massage lightly. Do not apply more than a pea-sized amount (1g) per day. Wash hands after application.

Heat patches:
From 15 years old. Do not use on pregnant or breastfeeding women, on sensitive skin, in case of allergy to any of the components or a history of convulsions. For people undergoing medical treatment (especially anticoagulants), consult a doctor before use. Avoid contact with the face, mucous membranes, and damaged skin. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from any heat source and in the closed zippered bag.

The intensity and duration of the heat may vary according to individual sensitivity and may cause redness or localized tingling. In case of intense burning sensation or excessive skin reaction, remove the patch immediately. The natural coloring of the patch due to arnica does not alter the quality of the product.

Traditional balm:
