Decongestant nasal spray:

Natural defense solution:
To be ingested on a neutral support:
• From >6 to 12 years: 1 drop, 2x/day
• 12-18 years: 2 drops, 2x/day
• Adults: 2 drops, 3x/day

Oregano+ Capsules:
1 capsule at the beginning or during meals 3 times a day for 7 days.

Swallow with a little water.

Ravintsara Essential Oil:
Take 2 drops on a neutral surface 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 6 drops - 230 mg.

Nasal spray:
• Adults, young children (>12 years): After blowing your nose, spray 1 to 4 times in each nostril, no more than 5 times per day.
• Children aged 6 to 12: After blowing your nose, spray 1 to 2 times in each nostril, no more than 5 times a day.
• Children aged 3 to 6: After blowing their nose, 1 spray per nostril, no more than 5 times per day.

Jojoba Vegetable Oil:
Apply to skin and massage until completely absorbed.

Roll-on Energy:
Apply in 2 circular movements to the inside of the wrists, massage them together and breathe in deeply whenever the need arises.
