When to use it?

Oral use:

2 drops of essential oil 3 times a day in organic honey.

Topical use:

3 to 4 drops, 3 to 4 times a day, massaged onto either side of the spine or onto the chest, depending on the condition being treated.

Diffusion:
Diffusion 4 to 6 drops of Ravintsara essential oil in a room of 10 to 20 m² and about ten drops for a living room of 50 m².
Diffusion for a maximum of 10-15 minutes per hour.
Do not diffuse in a child's bedroom when the child is present.
