Ingest 1 drop on a neutral support. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 1 drop - 40 mg.
1 drop CTEO Myrtle ct cineole + 1 drop CTEO HO Wood + 1 drop CTEO Clary sage in 30 ml of your day cream offers a very nice anti-degenerative action.

Très efficace
Huile combinée à de la roche volcanique afin d'aider à trouver le sommeil. Relativement efficace et dégage une odeur très agréable.
Assez puissance huile de myrte, à mélanger avec d'autres. Indispensable dans toute collection aromatique comme huile de base. Ajoute de la puissance aux recettes à diffuser dans l'air.
