Mix before use

• From 7 to 12 years old: 1 teaspoon (5ml) in a hot drink (milk / water / thyme infusion) 2 to 3x / d for 3 days.
• > 12 years old and adults: 1 dessert spoon (10ml) in a hot drink (milk / water / thyme infusion) 2 to 3x / day for 3 days.

Can be used pure.
