Headache roll-on:
As soon as the sensation is felt, apply in 2 circular movements to the temples and the nape of the neck. Maximum 6 times per day.

Headache tablets:
At the first signs of pain: 3 tablets per day to be taken with a large glass of water.

For ages 7 and up. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if allergic to any of the ingredients. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
