Headache roll-on:
As soon as the sensation is felt, apply in 2 circular movements to the temples and the nape of the neck. Maximum 6 times per day.

Headache tablets:
At the first signs of pain: 3 tablets per day to be taken with a large glass of water.

For ages 7 and up. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if allergic to any of the ingredients. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

Headache tablets:
For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Max. 5 consecutive days. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare professional. Not recommended in case of known cross-allergy, particularly to the Asteraceae family, in case of gastroesophageal reflux, peptic ulcer, gastritis or biliary (gallstones) and/or hepatic or pancreatic disorders, and for people suffering from allergy to salicylate derivatives in case of allergy to menthol in case of concomitant consumption of peppermint in another type of preparation. Store away from any
heat and light source. Ask a healthcare professional for advice if you are taking medication, or are taking concomitant anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents. Do not consume if you have epilepsy or are undergoing a scheduled invasive intervention, or if you have heart problems (arrhythmia, hypertension), and/or hyperthyroidism.
