Ginger Essential Oil

100 drops of Sweet Almond Vegetable Oil
50 drops of Mandarin Essence
50 drops of Ginger Essential Oil

Pour the drops of Essential and Vegetable Oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tilt your bottle at 45° to be able to count the number of drops easily. Fill the bottle with the Vegetable Oil until the bottle narrows.

3 to 4 drops of the synergy on the lower abdomen and massage in a clockwise direction. Repeat 3 to 4 times a day as needed.

Apply to skin and massage until completely absorbed.
Cosmetic use: Suitable for dry and sensitive skin (hands, breasts, baby's bottom). Used in cases of cracks, roughness and itching.

Mandarin Essential Oil
Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support maximum 5 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 5 drops - 200 mg.

Ginger Essential Oil
Ingest 1 to 2 drops on a neutral support, maximum 4 drops per day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 4 drops - 150 mg.

Contraindications: Pregnant and breastfeeding women - from 7 years old.
