When to use it?

- To prepare for the bedtime routine.

- During periods of restlessness or prolonged wakefulness.

From 3 months, add 3 drops to the Pranarōm baby diffuser for 1 hour in alternating mode (30sec. ON/30sec. OFF) before bedtime.
