Oral use:

Ingeste 2 drops on a neutral base 3 times a day. Maximum recommended daily dose for the oil: 6 drops - 240 mg.

Topical use:
Massage 4 drops of essential oil and 4 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil into the abdomen 3 times a day for digestion, on pain relief, on the inside of the wrists, or along the spine for soothing.
