Composition en un clin d’oeil:
Un peu plus de la moitié d’acides gras polyinsaturés oméga 6, dont 20 % d’acide gamma-linolénique (réputé régulateur endocrinien et réparateur cutané). Un cinquième d’acides gras mono-insaturés (oméga 9). Un autre cinquième d’acides gras saturés. Des phytostérols antioxydants et de la vitamine E.

Tips & Tricks:
• Wrinkles: No cosmetic can erase a deep wrinkle, but a daily facial massage with a few drops of borage can work wonders!
Always heat the drops of the chosen VO between the palms before massaging the face from the inside out, from top to bottom. Stretch the wrinkles to massage them in small circular motions.

Très très bien
Très efficace pour hydrater les peaux sèches et redonner de l'élasticité à la peau après la saison estivale. Je recommande.
Je prends de l'huile de bourrache avec de l'huile d'onagre pour soigner une crevasse sur mon pouce. Et comme je jardine en ce moment, je n'arrete pas de la rouvrir. Alors pour m'en débarrasser, je prends ces deux huiles en interne.Mais je suis vraiment étonnée et deçue par leur provenance: CHINE.N'y a t il pas assez de ces plantes en Europe? j'ai de la bourrache dans mon jardin qui revient et se resème d'année en année et menace d'envahir mon jardin chaque année.
