Apply a small amount of balm (1g) to the chest, the base of the neck, moving up behind the neck and around the ears, and massage until fully absorbed.

One application per day for children aged 6 to 12 years, and up to two applications per day for those 12 years and older.

This balm is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 6 years of age, or individuals with a history of seizures or an allergy to any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of young children. Wash hands after application. This product is not a medicine.
