Ce produit a vraiment de bons effets, il est très facile à utiliser. Il aide vraiment à la détente.
Ce produit m'a été recommandé par ma pharmacienne car j'avais des problèmes de sommeil. Une très bonne alternative contre les médicaments plus forts. Seulement 1 capsule au couché et 30 min - 1h après je dors.
Toujours satisfaite de ces gélules qui me permettent de passer de meilleures nuits
Comme indiqué je prends deux gélules le soir aux milieu du repas et je dors plus vite et mieux, c'est très efficace
