History of Geranium

Among the 500 species of geranium, only a few of them are used in aromatherapy. It is mainly cultivated in Egypt, Morocco, Madagascar, South Africa and China. The sweet and suave or stronger scents of certain species justify its very frequent use in perfumery and cosmetology.

Contraindications Geranium

Seek advice from a healthcare professional, particularly in cases of epilepsy, asthma, or allergies.
Never use in the nose, eyes, ear canal, anogenital areas, and do not inject essential oils intravenously or intramuscularly.
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in children under 3 years old.
Respect the recommended dose and the instructions for use.
Allergy test: perform a test before use, by applying 1 to 2 drops of the essential oil in the crease of the elbow. Wait 24 hours to check that no allergic reaction occurs.
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light.
