Recette : Roller sommeil

Soothing, calming roller for some restorative sleep. Placed on a bedside table, it will be useful when you go to bed to increase your chances of falling sleep.

To make my synergy

EO Noble camomille - 10 drops
EO Marjoram - 20 drops
EO Ravintsara - 20 drops
VO Macadamia - 50 drops

How to use it

When you go to bed, apply to the solar plexus and to the inside of the wrists for a long and deep breath, holding the wrists to the nostrils.

How can I carry out my blend?

Pour in the drops of essential oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tip your bottle at a 45° angle so that you can easily count the number of drops.

Useful to know: noble camomile essential oil is one of the little treasures of aromatherapy to have in your natural pharmacy. Soothing and calming, it will help you sleep and relieve all difficulties linked to the nervous system.
