How can I carry out my blend?

- Prepare all the open components in front of you.

- Fill the pump bottle with the exact quantity of each essential oil.

- Top up with aloe vera, making sure you fill it up to the narrow section of the bottle. Be careful not to overfill so that you leave enough space for the pump.

- Next, seal the bottle again and shake it for 30 seconds to ensure the blend is properly homogenised.

OPTION

Minute blend in the hand: Place one squeeze of the aloe vera in the palm of your hand. Add 2 drops of VO calendula and 1 drop of true lavender. Rub quickly with your finger and apply it locally.

Tip: if you have a few little cuts after shaving, add 1 drop of cistus labdanum essential oil to your minute blend.
