How to use it
Apply a blob of this balm to the thorax or upper back, 3 to 4 times a day for 7-10 days.
How can I carry out my blend?
- Heat the shea butter in a bain-marie.
- Once it has reached liquid state, remove it from the heat source.
- Add the drops of essential oil to the liquid shea butter and stir to homogenise.
- Next, pour the preparation into the pot of your choice and leave to cool for a few hours, in the refrigerator if necessary.
- Your winter balm is finally ready!
Tip: You don’t have any shea butter at home? Replace it with a neutral moisturising cream and transform it into a comforting winter balm.
