EO Lemon eucalyptus - 60 drops
EO Ginger - 75 drops
EO Peppermint - 15 drops
VO Arnica to fill - QSP 60 ml

Pump Bottle - 60 ml 

How to use it

Slight pump pressure to be applied locally and rubbed in 3 to 4 times a day.

How can I carry out my blend?

Pour in the drops of essential oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tip your bottle at a 45° angle so that you can easily count the number of drops. Fill the bottle with vegetable oil up to the narrow section of the bottle.
