How to use it

Apply to the solar plexus and the inside of the wrists and then breathe in deeply. Repeat this procedure 3 to 4 times a day throughout the study or exam period.

How can I carry out my blend?

Pour in the drops of essential oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tip your bottle at a 45° angle so that you can easily count the number of drops. Fill the bottle with vegetable oil up to the narrow section of the bottle.
