Many of you during our training sessions ask us about the solutions that exist to effectively combat stretch marks. Stretch marks are longitudinal streaks of a few millimeters appearing on the pelvis, buttocks, breasts or stomach following an extension of the skin tissue as part of a change in silhouette (weight gain or pregnancy). There is a preventive solution with Vegetable Oils and Essential Oils.
Dominique Baudoux offers in his book Practical Guide to Family and Scientific Aromatherapy a simple recipe to effectively prevent the appearance of stretch marks.
