If you catch a cold during the winter, there is nothing quite like the old household remedy that is inhalation. Hot water combined with essential oils will do you a world of good and help you breathe more easily.
To make my synergy
- Essential Oil of Scots pine - 60 drops
- Essential Oil of Ravintsara - 60 drops
- Essential Oil of Peppermint - 40 drops
- Drop counter of 10 ml
How to use it
Pour 10 drops of the blend directly into a bowl of hot water or the bowl of your inhaler. Next, inhale the vapours coming from the hot water.
Repeat this procedure 2 to 3 times a day for 5 days.
This recipe is suitable for inhalation, kids starting from 6 years. Pregnant women should not use this synergy.
You can conserve your recipe during one year.
How can I carry out my blend?
Pour in the drops of essential oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tip your bottle at a 45° angle so that you can easily count the number of drops.
Special precaution: Protect your eyes properly while inhaling. Keep your eyes closed during inhalation above a bowl of hot water, or ideally use an inhaler designed for the purpose. In case of skin irritation, apply a little vegetable oil to the sensitive area.
