En prévention : 2 gouttes à l'intérieur des poignets 1 fois par jour, 5 jours sur 7 durant toute la période sensible.

En curatif : 3 à 4 gouttes à répartir à l'intérieur des avant-bras 3 à 4 fois par jour, jusqu'à amélioration des symptômes.

Puis, 2 gouttes à l'intérieur des poignets 1 fois par jour, 5 jours sur 7 durant toute la période sensible.

Ces dosages conviennent à l'adulte.

History of Ravintsara

The tree from which Ravintsara essential oil (Cinnamomum camphora CT cineole) originates was introduced in the 17th century. It grows wild, almost exclusively in Madagascar, and can reach up to 20 meters high. Flowering occurs from November to January, the essential oil comes from the hydro-distillation of the leaves.

Contraindications

Seek advice from a healthcare professional, particularly in cases of epilepsy, asthma, or allergies.
Never use in the nose, eyes, ear canal, anogenital areas, and do not inject essential oils intravenously or intramuscularly.
Do not use during the first trimester of pregnancy, or in babies under 3 months old.
Respect the recommended dose and the instructions for use.
Allergy test: perform a test before use, by applying 1 to 2 drops of the essential oil in the crease of the elbow. Wait 24 hours to check that no allergic reaction occurs.

Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat and light.

Voie Orale :

Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not use for more than 14 days.

Voie Cutanée :

Do not use on broken skin. Before use, read the label and product information. After massage or skin application, it is advisable to always wash your hands.

Diffusion :

Place the diffuser away from any heating device and out of reach of children in a well-ventilated room. Position the diffuser to avoid direct contact with the face or eyes. Do not diffuse in the bedroom of children under 2 years old. Diffuse in the absence of sensitive people (pregnant women, babies, people with asthma or who have suffered from convulsions) or sensitive animals.
