How do I make my mixture?

Pour the drops of essential oils and vegetable oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tilt your bottle at 45° to be able to count the number of drops easily.

How to use it?

Apply 3 to 4 drops of the synergy to the lower abdomen and massage in a clockwise direction. Repeat 3 to 4 times a day as needed. This synergy is suitable for cutaneous use, adults and children from 6 years old. The mixture is quick to make and can be stored for up to 6 months.

However, this recipe is not recommended for pregnant women.
