How can I carry out my blend?

Pour in the drops of essential oils, always starting with the smallest quantity. Tip your bottle at a 45° angle so that you can easily count the number of drops.

Useful to know: essential oils can prove to be great allies in fighting against these pains which crop up on a daily basis, both for preventive reasons and to soothe them. Among these, you may have heard about wintergreen. Remarkably efficient, a few precautions need to be taken when you use it: 50% dilution in vegetable oil is compulsory as it can be an irritant for skin and we do not recommend it for people who take blood fluidifiers or are allergic to aspirin.
